a single step
Even now I can hardly believe that in 3 days' time I will (hopefully) be in Austria.
I've begun the slow process of convincing myself by packing :).

And if you're forced to cook, the one dish that no one could (and should) screw up is probably instant mee... then again, there's always cheese on toast with it's infinite variations.
